5000 Forest has 3 parks within 4.1 miles, including Drew Park and Splash Pad, McKissick Museum, and Melton Memorial Observatory. It was modern and perfect for a single young professional, but the rent was WAY too expensive. I had to move because I could not longer afford the rent. Though I did like the location, Forest Drive traffic was pretty awful sometimes. You'll have no real amenities aka workout room, pool, etc.
