Lance’s career path in homebuilding has included Construction Manager, Sales Consultant, Service, Project Manager, Division President, and Regional President for large public and private top 10 builders. Lance has been involved in single-family, multifamily, midrise, and townhome development throughout Texas, California, Washington, Oregon, DC., and Maryland. Lance earned his BBA in Business from the University of Texas Austin and currently handles all operational aspects of CastleRock including sales, construction, purchasing, and marketing. There have been many people at Castlerock involved in my experience, but the only consistency I have seen is zero accountability. The final straw was the Division President for DFW, Greg Varney, attempting to dictate who would or would not be allowed in my home . This was the last occurrence of their condescending tone and entitlement I was able to tolerate. There are many options in builders out there, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
