There have been many people at Castlerock involved in my experience, but the only consistency I have seen is zero accountability. The final straw was the Division President for DFW, Greg Varney, attempting to dictate who would or would not be allowed in my home . This was the last occurrence of their condescending tone and entitlement I was able to tolerate. There are many options in builders out there, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. We believe this old adage remains more applicable today than ever before.

I could never recommend anyone purchase from this builder. Some of the issues that have occurred since closing include cabinetry, driveway repairs, electrical, fireplace, HVAC, and plumbing. They are extremely difficult to work with despite the immense amount of grace I have shown them by not sharing my experience publicly.

We wasted a week and my wife taking a day off work for no one to show up and for no one within castle rock to let us know it was out of warranty . If i could give them zero stars i would because they have been crap since we bought this house . I would advise people to buy a house from some other builder ..

Being civil engineer and working as a structural inspector I thought I was going to be very difficult to please, but I loved the builder. We have had the best experience and could not be happier with our house. You won’t find another city quite like Houston, TX.
